The Hank Williams House
I came here for business but stayed through the Holidays for pleasure. The space allowed for my family to come join me as well. Love the floorplan and the open kitchen space, perfect for entertaining over the holidays. The walkability to all of the great shops in 12 South was a huge bonus as well. Enjoyed being close to shopping and eateries just down the street. My favorite part was spending time on the rooftop deck and looking out over the Tennessee hills. Will definitely stay here when I come back in town. Recommend to all friends and family! –William
What a gem! Robin’s place is perfect for a group getaway, lots of bedrooms and nice bedding and great social space. The deck and views are amazing. Robin made us feel taken care of right from the get go, answering any questions we had promptly and giving us the lay of the land before we even booked the property. This place was absolutely amazing. Was here for a bachelor party and couldn’t have asked for a better time. You have to uber to get to Broadway, but you are in 12 South which has a lot to do as well. Free street parking. Belmont’s beautiful campus is about a mile away, definitely worth checking out. Hosts were nice enough to leave some local Nashville beer for us. Also allowed us to check in a few hours early as we were kind of slumming around the city with nowhere to stay for a while. The place was clean, well stocked with the basics, and probably one of the best AirBnBs I’ve stayed in. Would definitely come back. – Amir

Very responsive to messages, and the house was clean and ready to go when we arrived! The garage is a nice feature also, since parking street-side can be a little difficult. We had an amazing stay at The Hank Williams House! The house was gorgeous and Robin was a great host and made us feel very welcome, she even left us a welcome basket. The house is walking distance to lots of great shops on 12 Ave S. and a short Uber ride to Broadway. It was perfect for our weekend trip! – Kristen
The house was even better than the pictures show and had plenty of room for 9 of us to sleep. Robin was excellent, she met gave us a tour of the house and some recommendations for the neighborhood. The gift basket and snacks were also a nice touch. It was easy to Uber downtown and we really enjoyed our experience in Nashville. – Anthony
The house is almost as spectacular as the rooftop view! Robin met us early morning, gave us a great tour and was accessible throughout our visit. The house was awesome, has a ton of space and is well maintained. Robin was a wonderful host. She was very responsive to questions and left our large group a very nice welcome bottle of wine/snacks. The roof deck is a great place to hang out. The neighborhood is very relaxed with great restaurants/shops and a few bars within walking distance. Broadway is a short uber or cab away. The Roy Acuff House

8 of us came to Nashville for an awesome girls’ weekend and chose this house after a lot of searching on Airbnb for its location, number of beds/bedrooms, open plan kitchen, deck, and price. Overall, it was a great house and the host was very responsive and welcoming. We would come back again!

The 12 South home was in the perfect location for our trip. It was in a really safe and quiet neighborhood, and a short cab ride from all the bars and restaurants we wanted to visit. Each one of our 4 guests bad their own bedroom which was really a plus. it was too cold to use the deck and fire pit during our trip but I imagine with thatview it would have been a lot of fun to grill and hang out up there before going out. Also, Robin was a really great host. Very easy to get in contact with and always so friendly to deal with. I’d highly recommend this rental.

Amazing house and hosts were super available via email and text. They even found a nearby gym for me and called about a guest pass which was free for the day! 12 south has great places to eat and shop within walking distance of this house. Rooftop seating and firepit as well as has log fireplace inside were awesome. Also huge shower with double shower heads was so luxurious! They also welcomed us with a bottle of champagne and maps etc about Nashville. Great place!

The host let us check in early as we had groups coming into Nashville at separate times. The house was very clean and the pictures were accurate and the house was great and well equipped for our weekend. This is very much a neighborhood setting, but a short Uber or Lyft ride from the downtown area. I would recommend this location for anybody looking to stay in Nashville for the weekend with a group of 8-12.

Robin was very helpful answering any questions I had and made check-in/out very easy. The neighborhood was nice, and the house was beautiful as advertised– perfect for large groups so everyone had a little space of their own. The deck and living space is great for social time at the house, and most spots you’d want to visit on a weekend trip were a very quick, easy uber ride away.

Our experience was over the top! We had a group of 10 and we were there for a weekend with friends. The house had everything that we needed, the Rooftop deck with firepit and grill was great for hanging out during the day. The house easily slept 10 and could of slept 12. We hung out in the living room, the back porch and balcony and didn’t feel crammed! Robyn was very nice and allowed us to check in early as we had 2 flying in early in the day. There was a very nice basket of goodies waiting for us as well.

The roof deck is wonderful with great views and the house can sleep a lot of people! The location is fantastic! I highly recommend it!

This house was absolutely amazing and exactly what the pictures and description depicted!!! Robin met us upon our arrival to show us the home, and she was available throughout our stay. The location of the house is also incredible. We were only a short uber ride from downtown and we were able to walk to brunch, shopping, and dinner in the 12 south neighborhood. One of the best parts of the house was definitely the rooftop deck. If we would have stayed longer we definitely would have utilized the grill. We easily could have spent more time at the house if it wasn’t a quick weekend getaway with so many activities packed into it. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Nice house with great roof deck with grill. Plenty of beds for people to sleep. Everything as described in the listing and ample room for parking. Only a short ride to downtown, around $6-7 using Uber or Lyft. Overall a great experience.

Such a great place! Robin was there to meet us when we got there and showed us around the property. We got great tips on the local restaurants and bars and the house was just a 3 minute walk away from the nearest ones while still being on a quiet street. The rooftop deck was fantastic for a sunny day barbeque. Couldn’t have asked for more!

The Johnny Cash House
The Johnny Cash house was perfect for our shoot! Great space, beautifully decorated and a quiet neighborhood. Robin was very helpful through the whole booking process. We’ll definitely consider this space again for a shoot.

We felt extremely welcome when we first arrived. We were greeted with a cute care package, note and wine along with a tour of the high-tech house. The house was beautiful – all the girls could not stop commenting on the lovely decorations and beautiful small details in the house. We had a ton of fun and it was the perfect vacation get-away.

The host and house were perfect! Our stay at the Johnny Cash House was a little different than a typical stay but the host went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was in a wonderful location in East Nashville, that was close to downtown and a lot of the standard East Nashville spots. Would recommend to everyone coming to the Nashville area!

Everything about the listing was exactly as described and was perfect for our large group. The house is really stunning. There are plenty of spaces to sleep comfortably and the roof deck is fantastic for grilling and hanging out. The neighborhood itself is pretty sleepy, but excellent location for golf, disc golf, etc if that is your thing. Uber/Lyfts into town never took more than 10 mins and were very cheap. The check in/out process was easy and simple and Robin was very easy to get in touch with when I wanted to drop our bags off a bit earlier than planned. Would definitely stay here again!

The Johnny cash house is exactly what it looks like in the pictures….AMAZING. Robin did an amazing Job to welcome us to the home. House Excellent for large group gatherings but just as nice for 4 couples or larger family exploring Nashville. Hot tub was a great way to start the morning, relax throughout the day or end the end evening. The 6 shower heads in the Master bathroom was Awesome! Location was good but besides the frisbee golf in the park and small pitch and putt golf course across the street there is nothing in walking distance. We ended up ubering down town multiple times a day and it never took more than 10 minutes and always cost less about 7 dollars. Easy uber to and from the airport also. The posting had 3 air mattresses listed and we only found 1 so within an hour of calling robin there were 2 air mattresses on the doorstep. Excellent customer service.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Willie Nelson House. Robin could not have made the stay more enjoyable. She was incredibly accommodating to our large group’s needs and went above and beyond. The house itself was beautiful and the perfect distance to Nashville. Can’t say enough great things!!

Our host Robin was very responsive & accommodating, making us feel welcome, as well as being flexible with our groups needs. We found the location great and East Nashville to be very convenient & central, as Nashville is quite spread out; but Ubers come quickly & are not expensive. It is not far to get coffee & good food at Marche. The house is on a lovely quiet street, it’s clean, new and a very nice design with great light. Fully functional, and our group loved the outdoor deck overlooking the park for breakfast. Of course someone always draws the short straw when it comes to the disparity btwn bedrooms once divided amongst a group of adults, as it was in our case, but should you be lucky enough to get the master it is a very nice room to wake up in; with the sunlight and green trees. There were nice towels & linens throughout & having 4 bathrooms was great. We had a lot of plans so didn’t spend too much time in the house but it would be a great house for entertaining & bbq’ing, or just relaxing in a beautiful home. Everything was perfect.

It was a short uber drive down to Broadway and was easy to get there after a long trip from home. Overall a good experience
